Adventures in Paradise 8 DVD collection volume 3

Gardner McKay's Adventure TV Series volume 3 of a 3 volume set. Adventures in Paradise series featured Gardner McKay as Adam Troy, the captain of a freelance schooner called the Tiki. Troy was a Korean War veteran who found adventure across the South Pacific that ranged from Hong Kong to Pitcairn Island. Adventures in Paradise with Gardner McKay aired on ABC from October 5, 1959-April 1, 1962. It was a one hour series based loosely on James Michener's book. James A. Michener created Adventures In Paradise and sold the original idea to television, then dropped out of the project.
